Have you ever thought of changing the highlight color and highlight text color of a selected text to a different color in Windows ?
When using built-in themes in Windows 10 and Wİndows 11, the default highlighted text colour is white while the background is blue. Because the classic themes in Windows 10 and Windows 11 don’t support the option to change the highlight color, but you can still use a registry editor to alter the background and text colours.

Open the Paint (mspaint.exe) app.
Now, use the color picker to pick the color of your choice. Next, note down the “RGB” values of the color. Example, my RGB value is “90, 255, 64.”
The registry’s “Colors” key includes two string values you can adjust to change the color of the text in Windows.
Now please Open Registry Editor. ( Open the Run Window by pressing Win+R, and type regedit.)
Go to the following path:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Colors
Double-click on the “HilightText” string. Type the RGB value in the “Value data” field.
And Double-click on the “Hilight” string. Type the RGB value in the “Value data” field.
Press the “Ok” button. Close Registry Editor. Either sign out and sign in or restart the computer to apply.
