How to add Android Phone contact pictures for your friends, family, and coworkers.
Sometimes we misread the name of someone calling or texting us,
The Android operating system allows its users to add pictures to their contacts. Adding pictures or a photo to a contact on your Android mobile is a convenient way to see who is calling you quickly. Because if you have vision problems and find it hard to read the name displayed, my recommendation is to add pictures to the contacts to see them easier. Read below to learn how to add Android Phone contact pictures for your friends, family, and coworkers.
How to Add Pictures to Contacts on your Android Phone
Launch the Contacts app, find the contact you would like to change the picture for, and tap it to open the contact card.
Once you select the contact, tap the edit icon in the lower-right corner of the screen.
Once in Edit Mode, tap on the camera icon and then you should get the option to either take a picture or choose one.
To add a photo to the contact, you can either take a photo, if you’re currently with that person, or you can choose a photo from your photo Gallery.
For either option, you’ll be able to Move and Scale the photo to fit. Android will allow you to do this using its cropping tool, Drag your finger across the screen to center the photo a crop and tap on Done.
PS: SIM cards don’t have very high capacity storage. They can only save names and the numbers of a specific number of contacts. So, it is not possible to add photos to contacts that are saved on the SIM card.
