And by default, Chrome browser puts your downloaded files in your operating system’s default downloads folder. Every day you download dozens of files from the internet between music, PDF, video and much more and there are times you may want to designate your downloads to a different location or folder. let’s say your hard drive is full and you want Chrome to save that large file to an external hard drive. In such cases, you’ll want to choose a different download location.
