Windows 10’s May 2019 Update includes a new light theme. Windows 10 had two color modes – light and dark. Microsoft redesigned the light theme so that apps, elements and other core UI elements are all shaded light. To change the Theme settings go to Settings > Personalization > Themes. Default Theme is light therefore Windows 10 taskbar is dark grey or light (white), some people want to change taskbar and start menu color into Dark preferably black. How to use Pure Dark Theme Tool on Windows 10 

1-Export (Backup) button: If you want to make a back up of your theme click on it. (RECOMENDED.)

2- Dark Theme button: If you want to make Start Menu, Taskbar, Action center, Title Bars and Window borders colors black theme click on it.

3- Dark & Light App Mode button: If you wish to make Dark Mode or light mode for Windows 10 Settings and Apps, click on it.

4- Themes button: this button open Windows 10 themes settings.

5- Import (Restore) button: Restore your theme settings from a backup. When you have a backup, you can use it to restore your theme at any time, including after the original theme settings are changed from.

6- Colors button: If you want to open Windows 10 Start Menu, Taskbar, Action center, Title Bars and Window borders colors options change click on it.

7- Background color button: If you want to open solid color options in settings App click on it.

8- Inactive Window Color button: The inactive title bar color in Windows 10 is plain white by default. When you start using the Pure Dark theme it becomes gray color. But you can customize the color of the active title bar in Windows. To change inactive title bar color click on it. In the popup window, type the bgr value of the color of your choice under Value data box and click OK. You may need to google the bgr value of your preferred color.
