Windows 10 allows you to change the color and accent color of the Start menu, Taskbar, and Action Center through the Settings app. Here’s how it is done.
Change Taskbar And Start Menu Color
Open Settings on your Windows 10 PC using the Start Menu icon. You can use the keyboard shortcut Windows key + I to open Settings as well.
Then Click on Personalization.
Click on Theme from the left sidebar. Choose Windows theme.
Then Click on Colors from the left sidebar. On the right, scroll down to the Look for the option uncheck the option “Automatically pick an accent color from my background”
Scroll down in the same setting, Then you will find the listed colors. In “Windows colors” the color palette, choose the desired color from the taskbar. If you don’t see the color you want, click on the “Custom color” to create the color. Then, select the color .
Enable “title bars and window borders” color on “Start, Taskbar and Action Center” by turning on the checkbox.
You should now see the new color on your Windows 10 Start, taskbar, and Action Center
