( It may be related to security or other reasons. ) It is possible to disable this page and make it show an error message like this” Some of these settings are hidden or managed by your organization.”

Wİndows Hello Fingerprint
Windows Hello PIN
Security Key
Password
Picture Password
You can disable the Sign-in options page in Settings to prevent any of these settings from being changed by users on the computer. If you want to disable the Sign-in options page in the Windows Settings panel, the following tutorial will help you do so.
How to Disable Password Login (Disable Sign-in options page )
1- We have coded a script to make your job easier, just download the signin.zip file at the end of the page (password:ceofix) and Unzip it.
2- Then simply double-click on the signin.vbe file Confirm the User Account Control dialog if prompted.
3- It will show a pop-up window with the text “Sign-in options in Windows Settings has been disabled“. Just Click ok button.
Tips:
First click will disable Sign-in options page
Second click will enable Sign-in options page again
Alternatively
1- Open Run box (Windows+R ).
2- Type Regedit and hit Enter. It will open the Registry Editor window.
3. Navigate to the following registry key: * creating if it does not exist.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\PolicyManager\default\Settings\AllowSignInOptions
On the right-hand pane create a new 32-bit DWORD value with the following values:
Name: value
Value 0 : (enable) By default, the Value data is set to 1.
Value 1 : Disable Sign-in options page.
The change should be immediate. In case you want to re-enable the Windows Settings page, navigate to the same place, and set the Value data as 1.
