The bookmarks bar is a toolbar in Chrome that you can also add your favorite websites you visit frequently on to make opening them faster and more convenient. We all access news, social and our favorite sites to get information. But what if you have too many bookmarks? It’s easy to delete bookmarks on Chrome browser. Use any of these methods to remove bookmarks from Chrome. Ways to delete bookmarks:

Method 1: Delete Bookmarks One-by-One from the Bookmarks Bar

1- Launch Chrome browser on your computer.

2- Right-click the bookmark on the bookmarks bar and Click Delete.

Method 2: Delete All Bookmarks On Chrome

1- Launch Chrome browser on your computer.

2- Click on the three-dot (menu) icon at the top right corner. Select Bookmarks and then Bookmark manager from the dropdown menu. You can also use the shortcut key Ctrl + Shift + O.

3- Choose your folder of which you want to delete the bookmark. you’d then right-click on the folder you want to delete and select “Delete.”

This will permanently delete all the bookmarks in that folder. Folders in the sidebar are independent of each other, so you need to delete each one separately if you want to remove all your bookmarks.

Note: Just be aware that you will not be able to delete the “Bookmarks Bar” folder.

Click in the list of bookmarks and press CTRL+A on your keyboard to select every bookmark in the folder. They should all be highlighted. And press delete key.
