Change Dark Context Menu Color Only For Taskbar

In Windows 10, Microsoft changed the colour of the context menus for the taskbar. The default one is dark, but you can change context menus color to light.

How to change your default windows mode to light.

1- Open the Settings app.

2- Click the “ Personalization ” icon in the Settings window.

3- In the left pane of the window, click on Colors.

4- Select “Custom,” set your default Windows mode to “Light,” but there is a problem. The color of the taskbar is now light. And you can not change it. Do not worry. There is a solution.

You can set the color of the Taskbar individually when context menu color is light. Here’s how to do it.

1- Just download the script at the end of the page and Unzip it. ( Password: ceofix)

2- From now on, whenever you want to apply the light color only for the context menus on the taskbar, simply double-click on the Taskbar_context_menu_light.vbe file. User Account Control (UAC) window can popup and asks you if you want to allow it, Click Yes to proceed.

3- It will show a pop-up window with the text “Taskbar context menus color has been changed to light” just Click ok button.

And, that’s all. You are successfully completed to change colour of the context menus on the taskbar in Windows.
