For quick access to a cell, document, or webpage, you can insert hyperlinks in your Excel spreadsheet. Just paste in a hyperlink, give it a readable label, and click to follow the link.
How to Create a Hyperlink in Excel
Select the cell that you want to be hyperlinked. You can select an empty cell or a cell that already has text in them. This text will act as the anchor text for the link.
Go to the Insert tab. And click “Hyperlink”. The ‘Insert Hyperlink’ dialog box appears.
Click the Existing File or Web Page tab in the Edit Hyperlink window.
To create a hyperlink to a web page, type the Text to display, the Address, and click OK. A hyperlink now appears in your cell.
